Spudbar

Spudbar is a great low-FODMAP and gluten free lunch or casual dinner option in the city centre in Canberra.

The main carbohydrate that meals are based on is a big baked potato. There are suggested spud combinations on the menu board. However, to keep things as low FODMAP as possible I like to create my own from the ingredients in the display case.

On my recent visit, I chose to add baby spinach, tomato, quinoa, feta and olives.
